This full of fiber and delicious smoothie is made to freshen your morning, with tons of essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. With chia seeds and prune juice to give you added fiber, this smoothie is sure to keep you satiated for your morning.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Lucy’s Prune Juice

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 cup kale or spinach

1/4 cup mixed berries (preferably frozen)

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 cup fat free greek yogurt 


Directions: 

  • Place everything in blender 
  • Blend for 20-30 second, or until fully smooth 
  • Pour into a cup and top with extra chia seeds
