Say “Aloha” to this tasteful Maui Mai Tai recipe. With Lucy’s Lime Juice as the star of the show, this recipe will be sure to have your friends and family talking. Fresh and fruity with a bit of zing, this drink will take your party to an island for a fraction of the cost.

  • 1 oz Lucy’s Lime Juice
  • ½ oz orgeat syrup
  • ½ oz orange juice
  • ½ oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1oz dark rum
  • Grenadine topper


  • Measure out Lucy’s Lime Juice, orgeat syrup, orange juice, and pineapple juice into shaker
  • Add the light and dark rum
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake for 20 seconds to dilute and incorporate ingredients
  • Strain and pour into tiki glasses or collins glass
  • Top with fresh ice
  • Garnish drink with a light floater of Grenadine, pineapple slice, and decorative paper umbrella
  • Relax and enjoy!
