  • 6 oz pineapple juice 
  • 1 oz Lucy’s Ginger juice 
  • 2 oz Lucy’s Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz egg whites


  • Start with pouring all ingredients into a shaker 
  • Add a few ice cubes and shake for 30 seconds 
    ***this is to agitate the egg whites to get them frothy 
  • Once frothy, add more ice and shake for 5-7 seconds
  • Strain into glasses and add fresh ice
  • Serve and enjoy this refreshing drink
